David DiPietro (R,C-East Aurora) with Rep. Claudia Tenney and Sen. Rob Ortt
Assemblyman David DiPietro (R,C-East Aurora) alongside Senate Minority Leader Ortt (R, C, IP-62nd Senate District) and Rep. Claudia Tenney (NY-24) demanded justice and called for legislative action in the wake of the death of Laken Riley, whose life was tragically cut short by a criminal who should never have been where he was as an illegal migrant with a lengthy rap sheet that included charges of harming a child.
“Jose Ibarra is an illegal migrant with a history of criminal activity who should have been removed from our streets long ago. Despite numerous run-ins with the law, Jose was allowed to roam freely, shielded by the pro-criminal and sanctuary policies championed by New York socialists. These are reckless policies that prioritize the rights of criminals over the safety of law-abiding citizens. Dangerous individuals like Jose cannot slip through the cracks of our broken immigration system. Enough is enough,” said DiPietro.
